She works with clients of all ages and abilities on social communication skills (e.g., friendship-building, relationship maintenance, social safety, nonverbal language, perspective taking, and self-advocacy), executive functioning (e.g., time management, planning and prioritizing, making and keeping appointments), as well as college/career planning, transitioning, and development through supportive, reflective conversations and role-playing.
Marie brings over a decade of experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of settings, including home care, private clinics, and public schools, where she has delivered services to students with various learning disabilities. She has also helped numerous students research, apply to, and get accepted into college.
Marie also brings experience from working with executive function difficulties and running social skills groups for teens in schools. She is passionate about offering a strength-based, neurodiversity affirming approach to therapy, highlighting her clients’ interests and personal goals.
